It's always a good day here! Rosa is the owner/baker and Buenos Diaz Bakeshop She sources her ingredients with the highest quality, flavors & nutrition in mind. Attended culinary school at City College of San Francisco and has worked in many bakeries & restaurants around the Bay Area. She has worked hard to gain experience baking, decorating, as well as managing bakeries. Her biggest passion is art & she is happy she can transfer her creative energy through cakes & desserts! Customers always come first & will be assured to leave happy with their purchase.
Buenos Diaz Bakeshop operates with the idea that sweets turn bad days into good days even if it's just for a moment. Rosa believes in having compassion & respect for her customers & future employees. Working for herself as well as helping others with similar goals has been a new found passion of hers. She believes there is enough money out there for everyone to make a sustainable living while doing something they love!
